Adds a one-command bootstrap (setup.sh) + versioned config/ snapshots so a fresh remote reproduces the standard Claude Code setup: uv, claude CLI, Node+npm, ccstatusline, plus ~/.claude/settings.json, ccstatusline config, the tmux bell hook, and shell-rc PATH/alias. Flags: --force, --config-only. Includes a 30-test suite (installer + setup.sh smoke).
